Oversee strategic project execution and tracking
Oversee the Project Management Office
Own, drive and facilitate projects that contribute to enhancement of fiscal drivers on companies balance sheet and that will have a material effect on the business operations
Approve project documentation and governance
Review project status reports and provide Exco feedback
Take accountability for project closure and demonstrating value added
Integrate project management principles into the organization
Develops the approval framework
People management and development
Develop and track Strategic Projects budget
Chairs the project governance committee
Drive continual business improvement and change management
