Our client who is based in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town, seek to employ a well experienced Finance BA to join their team on a 6 month contract with strong possibility of renewal. * Solid understanding of Finance Business Processes * Preferable to have Financial Services, if not Insurance, experience * Self-starter, independent worker * Thinks in process/value-chain - seeks to understand what they do - not just do. * Analytical and looks for improvement/smarter ways of achieving the outcome * High cognitive ability to pick up complex financial models and rules, products etc. quickly * Business analysis and project exposure is essential * Experience in mapping out complex business processes * Exposure to a complex organisational structure at Group level * Finance qualification & background * If CA, must have 1.5 to 2 years plus post articles experience in Accounting (not Audit) * Business Analysis Diploma * Knowledge of the insurance industry and products 6 month contrace, with strong possibility of renewal.
