Expected to ensure academic integrity and regulatory compliance of all aspects of student record verification, certification printing and despatch for all sites of Damelin. Ensure that all certification processes are aligned in accordance with DoE & CHE policy requirements and that it adheres to the inherent DoE & CHE policies and procedures. Adhere to the Quality Management System (QMS) which includes policy, procedures and processes to ensure that HET complies with these policies and procedures and other best practices.
Educational Requirements:
Grade 12
Relevant Diploma or Degree
1-3 years of experience as administrator within academic environment
Regulatory and compliance literacy experience
Typing speed 25 wpm
Duties and Responsibilities:
Verification of student records on MIS (ICAS)
Issuing of academic certificates/ Transcripts and dispatch to sites
Safekeeping of printed certificates, blank certificates and returned certificates
Resolve student queries
Regulatory compliance to adhere to all regulatory compliance systems, policies, procedures relating to printing and dispatch of certification for programmes offered by respective sites.
Ensure relevant academic adherence to and evaluation thereof in order to be guardian of best practices related to all aspects of certification
