Manage security solutions, for all monitoring tools.
Ensure monitoring standards are in accordance of Customer Policy
Maintain all Customers monitoring tools daily
Administer and maintain monitoring rules and alerts.
Manage all Monitoring for network hardware and equipment, routers, switches and other Network Devices
Ensure reliable network connectivity to the networks are monitored
Monitor Network performance
Perform capacity monitoring of all system for customers.
Real-time monitoring and analysis of all alerts
Threshold-based monitoring for capacity and performance monitoring
Monitor hardware failures and backups
Ensure effective backups of configs for monitored systems
Troubleshoot 1st line system issues before escalating to senior teams
Create priority incidents, make follow ups and communicate status to affected users
Start/stop failed services on systems monitored
Adhere to customer service levels
Review system morning health reports
