Salary: R8 000 per month depending on experience
Area: Midrand - Gauteng
Administration Duties
Training: bookings, organization, certification, etc
Database maintenance
Sending out of promotions to database, consultants, etc
Office grocery shopping & post
Assisting with answering the phones
Assisting MD and GM with various functions
General office duties
Marketing Duties Include:
Liaising with media for give away and editorial
Booking promotional space in the magazines
Ensuring all promotions for salons as well as brands are timeously designed and promoted
Working closely with Social media company to ensure brands are adequately featured
Working closely with MD on all marketing related items
Admin/Finance:
Computer literate in Micro soft programmes
Fast learner
Able to work independently
Team player
Some back ground or experience in stock handling and invoicing
Good with numbers
Working Hours
Monday Friday 08h00-17h00
Weekends where necessary but generally only for shows or launches, so very few
General Requirements
Non smoker
Eloquently spoken & well kept
Attention to detail
Good communicator
Driving license & have car
Starting date: April 2022
