Description
Minimum requirements for the role:
Minimum Matric and previous experience having worked in a customer services and or internal sales administration role working within the food manufacturing or related manufacturing or distribution or related industries is preferred.
Previous experience having worked on an ERP System is preferred.
Must have good communication skills.
Must be attention to detail and highly organised.
Needs to be customer focused.
Must be driven and able to take ownership.
Good excel spreadsheet skills capabilities as well as previous experience working on an ERP System is essential.
The successful person should be customer orientated, passionate and dedicated to working with customers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Providing commercial and operational support to the manufacturing and sales teams by co-ordinating, liaising with customers, and colleagues and handling all customer services internal sales administration.
Receiving, processing and monitoring of customer orders and manufacturing orders.
Capturing sales orders and following up on deliveries.
Keeping track of customer priorities.
Accurately defining and maintaining customer and product data on their ERP System.
Liaising and assisting customers with orders, back orders queries and following up, both on email and telephonically.
Liaising with operations and planning department to track client order completion.
Following up on daily reports for stock and deliveries.
Liaising with customers and external sales representatives on a daily basis to update them on the progress of orders and to make sure customer requirements are fulfilled.
Co-ordinating with external sales representatives to satisfy customer requirements.
Responding, within the shortest possible time, to customer queries and requests.
Liaising with production planning and warehousing regarding any queries and costing on products related to stock holding.
Ensuring that all customer complaints, issues and queries reach a successful and appropriate conclusion, including account queries.
Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
