PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR-POULTRY

Responsibilities:

· Supervision of employees

· Ensure production targets are met.

· Ensure optimum production processes.

· Comply to all applicable legislation

· Maintain staff compliment

experience in fmcg/chicken industry/abattoir

 

Requirements:
Grade 12.
· At least 2-5 years Supervisory experience
Ability and willingness to work varying shifts, overtime, weekends and public holidays.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have basic problem-solving skills.
Must be able to perform under pressure.
Basic people supervision skills.
· Fluent in English and Afrikaans.

· Computer literate
