Our Kirkwood based agri client, operating in the citrus industry, is seeking to appoint an experienced Human Resources Specialist to their dynamic team!
Specialist IR Secures.
Awesome long term career growth opportunity.
Key / essential duties and responsibilities:
- Advise on general HR issues.
- Advise on Labour Relations issues.
- Provide Disciplinary and Grievance guidance.
- Policy and documentation compliance.
- Manage Ad Hoc HR tasks.
- This person will be tasked to train and develop managers to run disciplinary processes and hearings.
- Educate staff around IR policies and processes.
- Opportunity for this person to take over as HR manager in a couple of years' time.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Umalusi national senior certificate).
- A relevant B-Degree (M+3).
- 2 or more years integrated exposure in IR/HR.
- Extensive understanding of the portfolio of Human Resources Management.
- Knowledge of the fruit agricultural industry.
- General business acumen.
- Intermediate usage of Microsoft Office.

- Liaison and Communication.
- Excellent client relationship building skills.
- High capacity to represent the brand.
