Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the building of products that clients want and need and guide the team around knowing the sequence/priority in which to build these products, ensuring they are successful and innovative in the market.
Primary responsibilities:
- Optimise all elements of the product through prioritising, coordinating, and driving systems development work with the development team.
- Responsible for steering the development, improvement, and changes to our collection platform in the right direction.
- Work closely with our implementation, analyses, and inhouse development teams to translate functional requirements into technical/workable requirements.
- Measure, evaluate, and improve product performance.
- Progress reports/meetings.
- Track trends to contribute to the product roadmap that will ensure customer satisfaction.
- Product strategy development based on facts and initiative.
- Work across internal functions to ensure the alignment of targets and goals.
Requirements:
- Relevant Degree or Diploma
- Knowledge of the product lifecycle with at least 5 years experience in the payment solutions industry with a focus on collections.
- Demonstrated project management experience.
- Ability to make decisions and take the lead.
- The ability to back your decisions with facts.
- Performance and customer service driven.
