An exceptional, experienced Food & Beverage Manager is sought for this high volume, full-service hotel.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric
- Diploma in Hospitality Management
- At least 4 years of experience in the same position within a high end 4 or 5* hotel - International experience will be preferable
- Computer literate with back and front experience in a recognized POS system
- Guest Service driven, thinking out of the box to make the guests’ experience exceptional and memorable
- Managerial and organizational skills
- Sound financial acumen with strength in stock and cost control
- Highly energized and well presented
- Strong leadership skills
- Be willing to work shifts
- Must have own transport with a valid driver's license
- Clear work and criminal record

Our client is a well established chemical manufacturing company. They want to expand their branch in Gauteng into the industrial water treatment arena, which they successfully run in other parts of the country.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
The person they are looking for must have extensive industrial water treatment experience, including boiler and cooling water treatment (not potable water or sewage). Sales and account management experience in this field of at least 5 - but preferable 10 plus years is essential.
Knowledge of water treatment in various industries including chemicals and other manufacturing, food and beverage, mining, pulp and paper and other is required.
A tertiary education in chemical engineering, chemistry or similar is of advantage.
