Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and enhance quality nursing care
• Ensure compliance with professional and ethical standards
• Monitor nursing care and service delivery within a quality assurance team
• Drive capacity building, training, and clinical governance leadership
• Manage nursing budget and identify operational efficiencies
• Evaluate quality indicators and clinical outcomes
• Implement quality improvement initiatives
• Investigate incidents and resolve complaints
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and medication policies
• Facilitate Morbidity and Mortality meetings
• Contribute to patient experience and stakeholder input
• Achieve transformation goals
• Actively participate in team efforts
• Maintain professional development and stay updated on policies

Requirements:

• Nursing Diploma & B Cur Degree or equivalent NQF 7 qualification
• Post-graduate clinical qualification in Nursing Management is advantageous
• Registered Nurse with the South African Nursing Council
• 2 or more years' management experience in a private hospital
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Intermediate computer proficiency
• Sound financial knowledge
