Hi there,
I am looking for a Junior Assistant to work along side me in the Security industry. I need someone young and confident, someone who can take initiative and solve problems. Someone who can pick up the phone to a CEO and make an appointment. You would also be compiling and completing tender documents and managing my diary and other general work.
We are based in CBD area.
I am open to male or female assistants. Preferably someone with no dependents and that has their own transport. Working hours are 7 - 4pm and can vary depending on events.

A leading Freight company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist specialising Sea Freight Reefer to be based in their Cape Town Office.
in this role you will be responsible for the daily activies for the reefer clients, supporting them by answering queries and problem solving.
Your duties will include:
Completing all Reefer shipment processes
Receiving and checking confirmed orders
Ensuring shipments are handled according to agreements and SOPs
Processing customs clearance prior to arranging packing of cargo
Arranging fumigation / VGM Weigh as needed
In order to be considered, you must have:
Matric
5+ years experience in Sea Freight Operations
5+ years Reefer/Perishables experience
Advanced MS Office ability (Excel, Outlook)
Compu-Clearing experience would be advantageous
