Quality Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Manager with a strong background in manufacturing and engineering. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of welding inspections and ISO3834 standards.

As the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that products meet or exceed industry standards, implementing and maintaining quality management systems, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Quality Management System in accordance with ISO3834 and other relevant industry standards.
• Ensure compliance with quality policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Oversee and conduct welding inspections to verify compliance with specified standards and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address welding-related quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Establish and enforce quality assurance protocols throughout the manufacturing process.
• Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality inspections, test results, and non-conformances.
• Prepare comprehensive quality reports for management review.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components.
• Conduct supplier audits to evaluate and improve supplier performance.
• Provide training and support to employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Foster a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement within the organization.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
• Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and address customer feedback, ensuring timely resolution of quality-related issues.
• Work closely with the customer to understand their quality expectations and requirements.

Requirements

• Qualification in engineering, quality managment or related field. 
• Proven experience as a Quality Manager in a manufacturing/engineering environment.
• In-depth knowledge of welding processes and inspections.
• Familiarity with ISO3834 and other relevant quality standards.
