Junior Commercial Attorney - PTA

Position available for a dynamic attorney with 3 years post article experience, specializing predominantly in non-litigious corporate and commercial law matters:
LLB and B. Com (finance) degrees
LLM in corporate and commercial law will be advantageous
Strong contract drafting skills
Sound knowledge and understanding of corporate and commercial transactions (incl. M&As, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Deal Structuring, Transactional Tax, etc.).
Fluent in English (both verbal and written). Fluency in Afrikaans will be advantageous.
Fully computer literate (incl. MS Word, Excel, etc.).
Assisted in preparing the following:
Mergers & Acquisitions
Corporate Structuring and Restructuring
Trusts
B-BBEE Structures
Commercial Agreements
