Duties and Responsibilities:

• ROUTINE TASKS
  • Maintain workflow by motivating drivers and vehicle loading assistants to work efficiently.
  • Check attendance of drivers and assistants, reporting absences promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety clothing regulations.
  • Source completed invoices for processing.
  • Document routes and orders accurately.
  • Supervise loading activities and adherence to instructions.
  • Coordinate and oversee final orders loading.
  • Ensure product quality control and accurate weighing.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dispatch area.
  • Implement measures to reduce stock wastage and damage.
  • Provide training to new staff.
• QUALITY, FOOD SAFETY AND HEALTH & SAFETY
  • Enforce food safety, quality, and health & safety procedures.
  • Ensure timely completion of relevant documents.
• EQUIPMENT
  • Ensure cleanliness and functionality of equipment and vehicles.
• GENERAL
  • Participate in meetings with supervisors and management to address any inventory discrepancies.

1. Ensure timely loading and dispatch of all orders.
2. Maintain quality standards and report any issues promptly.
3. Minimize damage and ensure correct paperwork for all orders.
4. Working hours afternoon shift: 14h00 to 23h00
