room for rent in three bedroom house

Hi all , room (unfurnished)available for rent in Jamestown Stellenbosch( 10 minutes away from Technopark) in a three bedroom house. The room shares a full bathroom with one other person and there is a guest toilet downstairs Preferably looking for another woman to share with the two other women in the house. Person also needs to be okay with a dog living in the house as an unofficial housemate, Chucky is a small/medium sized dog and is really friendly. The rent is +/- R5200 (for the room) which includes the water and alarm costs. Electricity is prepaid and split between the housemates as well as the wifi cost is split evenly between the three of us. The lease will be for 6 months from the 1 June 2026.
