All rooms are ensuite, and tenants have access to shared communal areas, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge, dining area, and a beautiful outdoor patio to relax and enjoy.

Rent Details:

• Monthly Rent: R6,500 (excluding water and sewerage, which are added to the rent bill)

• Utilities: Electricity and gas are managed and shared equally between tenants

• Deposit: One month’s rent (R6,500) refundable at the end of the tenancy (subject to rental terms)

Additional Terms:

• Smoking is not allowed inside the property
