Hi im looking for a flatmate to share a fully furnished two bedroom flat in Stepney Green Complex. I’m a single gay man looking to share a two bedroom and I’m looking for a person who does not have furniture as the other room has a builtin cupboard and a Double bed.

The complex is situated in Parklands, Cape Town and offers 24Hrs security and strict access controlled entrance and exit. Easy access to Bloubergstrand Beach Front. Rental is R4000 and a Deposit of 1 month rental is required for the room.
