I mainly work night shifts and I am asleep or not around during the day so you will most likely always have the place to yourself.The rent only includes water and wifi but our electricity bill is prepaid. The unit has a balcony so I do not mind drinking and smoking as long as the place is kept clean. I also don't mind any visitors or sleepovers.I unfortunately will not be taking any viewings because I experienced an attempted robbery so if you like the place and pictures, you are more than welcome to move in after securing your deposit immediately and pay the rent once you have settled in(no later than the 1st of April 206)The room comes unfurnished unfortunately but everything else is furnished fully.
