Room with Shower and Toilet in Mamelodi Far East. Please read descrption thoroughly.

This is a room with shower and toilet inside, however, this area has electricity overload issues and electricity goes on and off frequently. However, it does become good often time during the day .We offer a gas plate and have reduced the rent from 2000 to 1500 for the next few month which gives Tshwane a change to fix the problem or we can work on a more permanent solution.

The room is not bad at all with a wardrobe, Kitchen unit and to add to the toilet and shower that i have already mention. The shower water can only be warm when and if electricity is back.

Hope it all make sense. Although we give support as much as possible, we advice that you have your back up or converter on hand.
