A brick and tile, clean and dry, secure and private fully furnished outside room is available to rent to a working woman or student from 1st December 2025 at R3900 per month plus R3900 refundable security deposit.

No parking, no sharing, no children, no pets.

This light and airy, open to the rafters outside room is furnished with a comfortable single bed, a nightstand & lamp, wardrobe, study-desk and chair. There is a bar refrigerator, a 20 litre LG microwave oven, food cupboards and a standing fan. Ovenware dishes, dinner plates, bowls and side plates are supplied in the cupboards.

There is a strong security gate at the entrance and a burglar guard at the window. The bathroom has a hot and cold shower and a lavatory.

The following items are to be supplied; Bedding and two sets of bed-linen, towels, your own mug, a set of cutlery, food and bottled water, frying pan, cooking pot for putu, tin foil, freezer bags, clingwrap, a nightlight if required, a two-pin plug and charger, a multi-plug and extension cable, an iron, clothes pegs, toilet paper and washing powder suitable for a front-loading automatic washing machine.

You will have access to the fully-equipped kitchen in the house to cook on top of the stove and store a bag of frozen food in the chest freezer in the living room.

Bedlinen and two loads of personal laundry are washed each Thursday and additional personal laundry may be washed in small loads on request.

The monthly rent of R3900 is payable by EFT and is to be in my bank account on or before the 1st day of each month. Rent includes uncapped Wi-Fi, laundry, cleaning and utilities.

The property is secured with electric fences and an electric gate and there is 24 hour camera security. Entry is gained by remote control.

The property at 53 Highlands Road is in the quiet residential suburb of Park Hill in northern Durban North where you can relax in peace and quiet in your room.
