towels will be laundered in small loads on request.
The refundable security deposit of R4,400 is
payable by EFT on approval
and the monthly rent of R4,400 is payable by
EFT on or before the first day of each month. The rent includes uncapped Wi-Fi, laundry,
weekly cleaning and utilities.
