Renting in my 2 bedrooms apartment unit, a spacious and decent medium room having a double bed with beddings, pillows, TV, study desk and chairs as well as a side bed table, cupboards, couch and coffee table, computer etc. The lounge is open plan with kitchen -- shared amenities include a big flat screen TV, washing machine, big fridge with freezer, couch, dining table/s, bar stools, microwave, various cookers and utensils. You're welcome to bring your own cookeries / beddings also. The toilet/shower is shared also and has instant hot water heater. So, you don't need to wait for geyser to heat up or worry about hot water finishing. Available immediately (or preferably Feb 1) and is prorated at R165 per day (~R4999 p/m and you may share the room with another person, preferably a student couple or siblings or relative or friend). Included utilities -- internet, water and electricity if not abused. From February, the room rental is however R4999 p/m (NB: you may share with someone decent). Deposit is negotiable. The accommodation is 2 mins walk to Pentech train station, 5 mins walk to CPUT Bellville Campus, and 10 mins walk to UWC or Northlink college.
