Are you passionate about real estate and helping people find their perfect home? We are looking for a motivated Rental Agent to join our team. As a Rental Agent, you will be responsible for managing rental properties, conducting property viewings, and assisting clients throughout the rental process.

Responsibilities:

Manage rental properties, including advertising, screening tenants, and negotiating leases

Conduct property viewings and inspections

Assist clients with rental applications and lease agreements

Maintain positive relationships with tenants and landlords

Keep up-to-date with market trends and rental regulations

Requirements:

Previous experience in real estate or property management preferred

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Real estate license or willingness to obtain one

Own Car and valid Driver license
