- Minimum 35 years experience operating graders in a mining or heavy earthmoving environment
- Valid Grader Operator certificate / competency
- Experience in road construction, haul road maintenance and levelling on mine sites
- Ability to conduct pre-start inspections and report defects
- Strong safety awareness and compliance with mine HSE standards
- Medically fit for mine work
- Willing to work shifts and production schedules
