*Maintenance Supervisor – Johannesburg * *Salary: R40-45K Per Month*   *Purpose of Position:*   Complement Recruitment are recruiting for a Maintenance Supervisor from within the Manufacturing and Production sector to start as soon as possible. This is a permanent position, salary is R40-45k per month, excluding overtime. This position is based in Vanderbijlpark, candidates must reside in the surrounding areas, should there be a breakdown on-site, the Maintenance Supervisor is the first point of call and will need to be available on short notice. This position reports into the Maintenance Manager. Senior Technicians with supervisory experience welcome to apply.   Check out Our Site Apply Directly for this Job by clicking here - (https://bit.ly/3LkgmiK)(https://bit.ly/3LkgmiK)   *Duties:*   * Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work, scheduling and planning of job cards – record keeping and statistics for future planning for maintenance and spares requirements * Coordinates the installation, maintenance and repair work in the facility, allocate work as per forecasted workloads * Maintain, troubleshoot and test all equipment and assign employees to various projects * Manage a team of artisans, technicians and operators whom regularly inspect the site to identify problems and conduct necessary maintenance - execute work as necessary, * Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and supervise and train workers where required * Oversee all equipment and repairs to ensure that work is completed on time * Report any faults in equipment or production immediately to the Maintenance Manager * Comply with all health and safety regulations and practices of the plant * Conduct preventative maintenance work & Conduct follow-ups on all maintenance and repair work; Conduct safety inspections as scheduled * Establish strategies to meet workload demands on time * Ensure business continuity and prevent any operational bottlenecks associated with managing day-to-day maintenance operations   *Find Us on Social Media *   Apply Directly on our Contact Form - Attach your Microsoft Word CV, and complete all the required information – (www.complement.co.za/contact)(http://www.complement.co.za/contact)   *Please Note: Companies may expire jobs at their own discretion.
