Key Responsibilities:
Minimum Requirements:
- Supervise daily coal processing operations (crushing, screening, washing, blending)
- Ensure production targets and product quality specifications are met
- Enforce safety policies and conduct shift safety meetings
- Lead, coach, and support plant operators and control room staff
- Coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime
- Complete shift reports and communicate plant status during handovers
Minimum Requirements:
- 3+ years of coal or mineral processing experience. (basic coal preparation is a must)
- Previous supervisory or lead operator experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of coal processing equipment and plant systems
- Ability to troubleshoot operational issues and lead a team effectively
- Willingness to work rotating shifts
