Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage workshop technicians and support staff
- Ensure all vehicle repairs, servicing, and diagnostics meet manufacturer and safety standards
- Plan, allocate, and oversee daily workshop activities
- Monitor workshop performance and productivity KPIs
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality procedures
- Mentor and coach technicians to maintain high skill levels and standards
- Liaise with service advisors and parts department for seamless workflow
- Red Seal Certified Diesel Technician
- Proven experience as a Service Foreman or senior technician in a franchised commercial vehicle dealership or workshop
- Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills
- Excellent diagnostic and technical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Valid drivers licence
