Integrated Business Management System Specialist

Hesto Harness based in Stanger has a vacancy for an Integrated Business Management System Specialist * Lead and coordinates the development and continual improvement of Integrated Business Management System (IBMS). * Lead in all administrative aspect of Safety, Health, Environmental, Risk and Quality as well as Energy System’s strategies, policies, procedures and processes within the business and its supply chain. * Ensure documentation compliance to all applicable regulations, legal requirements, and standards (Quality – IATF 16949/ISO 9001; Environmental – ISO 14001; Health and Safety – ISO 45001 and Energy – ISO 50001). * Manage the change process workflow for IBMS documentation, assuring accuracy and consistency of document numbers, titles, and revision levels, making corrections as necessary. * Matric * Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, Power point, Outlook) Essential * ISO 9001:2015 & or IATF 16949:2016 Internal Auditor (Essential). * ND in Engineering / Diploma Quality Management (Essential). * 3 years’ experience in a system or compliance position. * 3 years’ experience in a supervisory /team leader position ((Essential) * 3 years of experience in a regulated industry in automotive and/or manufacturing sector. * Knowledge of IATF 16949/ISO 9001; ISO 14001/45001 & 50001. * Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). * Root Cause Analysis and Investigations. * Report writing.
