Maintenance Specialist

World-class Packaging company in Cape Town is seeking to fill an Autonomous Maintenance position within their Engineering maintenance team. You would be responsible for ensuring that all allocated Converting, Packaging, and Corrugating equipment remain at optimal performance levels, identifying and troubleshooting issues, as well as formulating solutions to ensure optimum operation. Your duties will also include management of other Autonomous Maintenance Operators.


Requirements:
Matric
Trade Test (Fitter or relevant)
National Diploma in Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering
Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience working within a manufacturing environment
Experience with machine equipment (operation & maintenance)
Experience on Packaging and Corrugating machinery
Knowledge on Fault finding and Problem solving
Knowledge on Preventative maintenance and Maintenance planning
Experience working on Pneumatics and Hydraulics
Forklift license will be advantageous
