*Reference: JHB003347-VV-1* Maintenance Supervisor from underground mining required to work in Rustenburg Requirements  * Extensive supervisory experience relating to maintenance of underground mining equipment * Excellent command of English language both verbal and written and ability to communicate effectively with senior management  *Duties will include: * * Manage the equipment maintenance with maximum cost effectiveness and capital profit. * Spare parts utilization management * Coordination of Root Cause Analysis processes * Analysis of breakdowns and damages to equipment * Equipment performance management  * Complete responsibility for maintenance resources on site  * staff training, management and HR * Recommend equipment maintenance plans and schedules * Responsible for health and safety R 70000 - 90 000 - Monthly plus subsistence allowance
