- Managing FPR
- Taking of photos of the exhibits, recoveries and crime scene.
- Controlling and managing crime scene.
- Searching and seizure of article 49, use of force.
- Safe Keeping and managing FPR store relating to recoveries.
- Arrest, handling of suspect/s and detaining by SAPS procedure.
- Opening of BPC and SAPS dockets.
- Taking of statements of suspects and witness/es
Preferred qualification/attributes/skills:
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification;
- Experience of investigation/ store controller/ FPR will be advantage.
- Valid Certificate of Fitness (COF) unless transferred from site without medical facilities.
- Bilingual ( English and any other South African language);
- Sound Communication Skill ( verbal and in writing);
- Good interpersonal and strong leadership skills;
- Fire Arm Competency (handgun) and Regulation 21
- Code 8 driving Licence
- Clean disciplinary, criminal record;
