AVA Systems Controller

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Good understanding of IT systems and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet daily reporting deadlines

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Extract and generate daily machine hour reports from the AVA system
• Verify and check the accuracy and completeness of system data
• Monitor equipment utilisation, downtime, and production-related information
• Compile and submit accurate daily reports to the Head of Operations
• Identify discrepancies or anomalies and escalate where necessary

Assist with general system-related administrative tasks
