Production Engineer

•             Ability to interpret technical drawings and specification. •             Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, Control Plans, Measurement System and SPC). •             IATF16949 basic understanding. •             8D problem solving skills. •             Interpretation of external quality standards •             Technical knowledge and report writing •             CAD – basic understanding •             Able to cope with pressure and conflicting priorities. •             Relevant drivers license •             Microsoft Excel – intermediate •             Microsoft Outlook – basic •             Microsoft Word – intermediate •             Microsoft PowerPoint – basic •             Superb analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. •             Strong leadership qualities. •             Superb written and verbal communication skills. •             Ability to make decisions under pressure. •             Great attention to detail and organizational skills. •             Proficient in 2D and 3D parametric CAD software •             3D machining software programmer •             Understanding & applying the principles of Tool, Jig & Die Making •             Ability to read and create Technical Drawings •             BTech or equivalent technical tertiary qualification/s: Industrial Engineering, Production               Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related •             5 years automotive process engineering experience. •             5 years’ experience in Automotive Metal Stamping environment •             CAD software experience.     •             BTech or equivalent technical tertiary qualification/s: Industrial Engineering, Production               Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related •             5 years automotive process engineering experience. •             5 years’ experience in Automotive Metal Stamping environment •             CAD software experience.
