NEW SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Leading supplier of Industrial Cleaning Equipment, Chemicals and consumables is looking for a suitable and reliable sales representative to join their KZN team in 2022.  The successful applicants must have their driver’s license and own motor vehicle, be a self-starter and ambitious and ideally have experience in the cleaning industry.  The position will involve a lot of cold calling, and working to targets to build a client base.  Applicants should have at least 5 years sales experience and traceable references. Matric and some form of tertiary qualification. Portfolio to include previous sales history. * MUST have experience in selling a range of product in the cleaning industry * Reliable motor vehicle (bakkies) conducive for loading stock / machinery for demo purposes * Good communication skills * Excellent negotiating skills * People person& Team player * Target driven – daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly * Self-motivated * Sell with passion and engage new and existing customers in a high quality experience which enables them to make informed sales decisions. * Maintain high energy and detailed Network product knowledge * Provide superior customer service with all customer interactions * Meet or exceed sales targets. * Proactively retain existing customers and growing the basket * Communicating with clients at all levels and ensure customer satisfaction * Delivery of stock to clients. * Effective and Exceptional Customer Care. * Upholding the company name. * Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor. * Giving advice and guidance on network products and offerings to customers * Responsible for dealing with customer complaints. * Receiving and storing of stock that needs to be delivered * Aggressively seek out new business opportunities by consistently conducting cold call activities.  * Technical review of customer requirements and specifications.   * Call on clients both existing and new.  * Meeting or exceeding sales targets.  * Maintaining client records.  * Maintaining a database of contact and client information.  * Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers
