AFRICA'S leading specialist in the manufacturing of premium knitted and woven mattress fabric, based is CPT industrial is seeking to fill the role of a Loom Tuner - Production Technician *Included but not limited to following:* * Inspect, maintain and repair industrial equipment and machinary to ensure they are always in working order. * Observe operation of manufactoring machinary; paying attention to small details and symptoms to identify issues that need correcting - either in an operator error or a mechanical malfunction. * Test the machines to confirm the presence or absence of issues; make recommendations for continued operating based on the results. * Operate repaired machine to confirm that it is fully functional. * Evaluate the efficiency of each machine; make recommendations for practises or upgrades to improve output rates without compromising operator safety. * Care for machinary & equipment by cleaning after use; adjusting parts and lubticating moving components as needed to ensure proper efficient function.
