*OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE* * *Position is based in Capetown.* * *Reports to CEO* *Main responsibilities:* * Operating in a small management team. * Participating in Company's Executive Committee. * Overseeing the property portfolio to ensure it is fit for the purpose operationally. * Monitoring the Company's monthly and annual operations budget.   *Qualifications:* * A Tertiary level qualification, preferably in Law or Engineering. (Electrical Engineering advantageous) * At least 10 years or more experience in Executive Management. * You need to be a practical hands-on operator with an eye for detail; also, with above average interpersonal and negotiation skills. * PC literacy in Microsoft Office   *Remuneration:* * Highly negotiable depending on experience with company benefits CTC. *Qualifications:* * A Tertiary level qualification, preferably in Law or Engineering.
