Warranty and Costing Clerk

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process job card costings for service and repair work
- Handle full warranty administration, submissions, and follow-ups
- Ensure correct labour, parts, and sublet allocations
- Reconcile warranty claims and maintain required documentation
- Liaise with workshop, parts, and service departments to ensure accurate workflows
- Maintain compliance with OEM policies and dealership standards
- Support the Service Advisor and Workshop Controller where required
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Costing Clerk and/or Warranty Clerk in the automotive sector
- Strong understanding of dealership processes and OEM warranty procedures
- Proficiency in dealership management systems (e.g., Kerridge, Automate, Evolve, etc.)
- Excellent attention to detail and administrative accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and organisational skills
