PROCESS TECHNOLOGIST to be based in White River, M

THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE ARE

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS

• A BTech/ BSc in Process, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience within an industrial environment with light/medium manufacturing equipment, INCLUDING on the line involvement with occasional lab interaction.
• Industrial OSHA knowledge (PPE, risk identification, mitigation) combined with a strong understanding of environmental impacts, including chemical spillages, formaldehyde release, and combustion emissions.
• Strong computer and data analysis skills (MS Office, SAP, production systems) paired with the ability to independently plan, organise, report, facilitate training, and maintain accurate records.
• Willing and able to work within a 24/7 continuous manufacturing environment.

WILL ALSO COUNT IN YOUR FAVOUR IF YOU HAVE

• A minimum of 3 years experience in a related manufacturing process environment.
• Continuous improvement: Lean manufacturing knowledge/experience would be advantageous.

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

Production Improvements

• Drive production improvements by introducing enhanced or new processes, work methods, and product developments.
• Support production managers in implementing improved or new processes during process interruptions.
• Provide training and guidance to personnel on improved work methods.

Technology Implementation

• Ensure the successful implementation of technology improvements in line with required change-modification procedures.

Standards and Guidelines

• Establish and maintain technical guidelines, standards, and regulations to develop, refine, and optimise the technical infrastructure (R&D, process improvements, and new product development) in support of the
