About the Role
You’ll take full ownership of logistical and administrative support across training programmes — from tracking learner data to organising materials, coordinating vendors, and delivering a first-class experience to candidates and customers alike.
What You’ll Do
Manage logistics and planning for training programmes
Collate and maintain learner records on the LMS (ID, medicals, sizes, etc.)
Print and manage the certificate process
Handle procurement requests within budget
Keep updated supplier/accommodation guides
Maintain organised storage and filing systems
Track inventory and manage consumable stores
Assist with training material updates and readiness
Facilitate entry-level soft skills sessions
Support certificate verifications and record requests
Provide warm, professional assistance to all candidates and visitors
Contribute to sales and business development initiatives
