Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Service Schedules and Maintenance tasks
- Warranty Claim submissions & OEM Payments
- Provide Technical Support to Field Technicians
- Liaise with Clients and Suppliers to ensure timely service delivery
- Track and Report on Service Activities
- Assist in Troubleshooting and resolving Technical issues
