- 57+ years Quantity Surveying experience (Construction / Plumbing environment preferred)
- Relevant QS qualification or diploma/degree
- Strong understanding of plumbing materials, installations, and construction processes
- Proficient in Excel, costing tools, and measurement software
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Valid SA ID or work permit
- Must be based in Gauteng
- Traceable references required
