- BEng / BTech in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
- Minimum 3 years experience in a multi-disciplinary manufacturing environment
- Proven process automation experience (essential)
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Support new product development to ensure manufacturing and assembly capability
- Plan new product assembly lines in collaboration with assembly plant management
- Provide technical support for manufacturing processes and equipment
- Initiate and implement process automation projects
- Design and optimise plant layouts
- Maintain and enhance overall manufacturing capability
- Investigate and evaluate latest manufacturing technology trends
- Research, propose, and implement CAPEX projects
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce cost
- Support cost accounting related to work centre and cost centre rate calculations
