Key Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
- Proven managerial experience within a machining or CNC environment
- Ability to operate and program 5-axis CNC machines
- Senior-level experience in machining and production
- Proficient in Mastercam
- Strong experience with both lathe and milling operations
- Oversee daily machining operations and ensure production targets are met
- Manage and lead a team of machinists and operators
- Program, set up, and optimize CNC machines (including 5-axis)
- Ensure high-quality standards and adherence to specifications
- Troubleshoot machining issues and implement process improvements
- Coordinate maintenance and ensure machines are operating efficiently
- Maintain safety and compliance within the workshop
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Continuous improvement mindset
