Description
Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in generating leads and identifying potential customers.
- Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.
- Prepare and distribute sales quotations and invoices.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.
- Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify potential upselling opportunities.
- Minimum Grade 12 and proficient in MS Office.
- Familiarity with Syspro Software is a bonus.
- MUST be fluent in both Afrikaans and English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
