Front Counter

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional front counter service to walk-in customers, ensuring accurate parts identification and quotations.
• Manage telesales enquiries and process orders efficiently.
• Maintain strong product knowledge across a broad range of automotive components.
• Handle invoicing, order processing, and payment transactions with accuracy.
• Build and sustain strong customer relationships to support repeat business.
• Assist with merchandising and stock management at the counter when required.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in automotive parts sales, with exposure to both OEM and aftermarket environments.
• Strong ability to interpret parts catalogues and identify components accurately.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Computer literacy with experience in invoicing systems and Microsoft Office.
• Team player with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
