Job Description
Analyse truck applications and operating conditions to prepare accurate FMC quotations.
Calculate and propose cost-per-kilometer (CPK) rates based on contract terms, mileage, and application.
Ensure quotations remain competitive while maintaining profitability.
Draft and manage FMC contracts, including scope, CPK, duration, and terms.
Maintain a contract database including start/end dates, renewals, and key milestones.
Review and approve repair authorizations within contract limits.
Ensure dealers and workshops follow authorization procedures.
Escalate excessive claims for technical or financial review.
Liaise with banks/funders managing R&M contract funds and submit drawdowns where required.
Provide reporting on CPK performance, claims, and contract profitability.
Assist with audits and support Aftersales department requirements when needed.
Minimum Requirements
Matric or higher qualification
Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
