Job Description:
- Ensure technicians have all the necessary information prior to site visits
- Ensure spare parts are ordered in advance for scheduled services
- Ensure services are scheduled in accordance with contract timelines
- Provide proactive updates and feedback to customers regarding service work
- Manage the administration and scheduling of all service calls
- Schedule and coordinate all field service activities
- Maintain records of customer equipment and applications
- Coordinate and manage preventative maintenance service contracts
Skills & Experience:
- Experience coordinating and managing field service technicians
- Minimum 5-10 years experience
- Field service experience (Advantageous)
- Understanding of industrial equipment, measuring instrumentation, leak detectors and related equipment
- Experience in industries such as Food processing, Automotive, Chemical, Pharma, Plastics, Medical (Advantageous)
- Experience in booking, planning and coordinating field service activities
- Strong client communication, organization and computer literacy.
- Managing CRM Field Service Tool
Qualification:
- National Diploma/N6 in Electrical Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering or qualified Millwright trade
Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
