Description
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure targets are met efficiently
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of operators and production staff
- Monitor production quality and ensure adherence to company standards and safety regulations
- Optimize workflow, reduce downtime, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure proper shift handovers and accurate reporting on production performance
- Address operational challenges promptly and effectively
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a factory or manufacturing environment (packaging industry experience advantageous)
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Willingness and ability to work shifts (including nights and weekends, where required)
- Solid understanding of health & safety regulations in a manufacturing setting
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
