External Sales Representative (Field-Based) - Delm

Job Overview:

A leading industrial solutions provider is seeking a results-driven External Sales Representative to manage and grow a regional customer base. This role focuses on client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue growth through proactive field sales and technical consultation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily client visits, cold calling, and account management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable technical/industrial solutions

• Drive sales growth and revenue targets within an assigned territory

• Reactivate dormant accounts and expand market reach

• Provide accurate updates on orders, pricing, and stock availability

• Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and pipeline tracking

• Collaborate with internal teams on stock, pricing, and service delivery

• Ensure professional communication and brand representation at all times

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Diploma/Degree advantageous)

• 3–5 years external/field sales experience
